Beneficiary Email Communications
Following the passing of a loved one and the filing of a death claim, life insurance beneficiaries are entered into Prudential's email nurture stream. Beyond the initial email containing important claim information, Prudential engages beneficiaries through a series of emails directing them to resources that can assist with emotional support and the financial intricacies (funeral planning; legal guidance) involved following such an event:

LINK by Prudential is a "hybrid financial advisor" combining self-automated digital services with live representatives offering personalized financial planning, recommendations for insurance, annuities and investments in a portfolio of exchange-traded funds.
